Informational
You will have a lot of questions throughout your pregnancy and birth and I am here to get you an answer. No question is too big, small, or “stupid”. My job is to give you the latest evidence based information so you can make the best choice for you and your family.
Emotional
Pregnancy and birth can be a beautiful but scary journey. The path is often windy and unclear but having someone who’s there to support you can give you the confidence you need to get through and even enjoy it despite the twists and turns. Whatever you’re feeling, I support you.
Physical
Labor and birth is a fickle process. It’s constantly changing, so what might be working one moment could quickly change the next. I come with a slew of different tools and techniques that help with progression and comfort. Think massages, pain relief, and positioning.

Prenatals
2 in-home prenatal sessions (virtual option)
Two hands-on sessions exploring the physiology of pregnancy and labour, techniques & tools to aid progression and improve comfort, physical exercises to do in pregnancy to help prepare your body, and help in creating your birth wishes.

Access to my resource library chock-full of info, worksheets and handouts on all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care.

In-home / birth centre / hospital care /virtual
The moment you need extra support, I will join you from then until 1-2 hours after delivery.
On call support
37 weeks and before: Call, text, email support.
37 weeks until birth: On-call 24hrs a day no matter the time.
Postpartum
Initial lactation support
I stay with you 1-2 hours after birth. I am there to support you on skin-to-skin, initial latch, and to make sure you are comfortable.
1 in-home follow up
We schedule this visit within 48hrs after birth. This time can look like whatever you need. Do you want to reflect on your birth experience? Maybe you need some additional resources? Or maybe more than anything you want to take a nap or a shower? You call the shots.
